Introductory Charcuterie Board – Ideal for up to 2 persons

Cheese: Indulge in a carefully selected mix of premium cheeses and charcuterie. This board includes a mature hard cow’s cheese from Devon; a semi-mature Gouda from Cornwall; alongside a bold garlic-infused soft cow’s cheese with Chipotle Chili and Black Pepper.

 

Meats: a sweet and savoury 75% Iberico ham produced from the meat of outdoor-reared, free-range Iberico pigs that have fed on natural grasses, cereals, and on occasion, acorns; a Sobrasada - a semi-cured, soft-textured sausage, made from paprika and pork. This mild version of the black pig Sobrasada contains the finest parts of Majorcan porc negre, a local breed that is free range and organically fed – spread it on your bread to eat it the traditional way;  and a moist, intense, savoury salami, made in Vic (a town near Barcelona in Spain, famous for it’s charcuterie) by the Riera family since 1852 – it’s also great with beer!  

 

Paired with: organic red and green grapes, organic crisp apple slices, tangy bread and butter pickles, and soft multigrain and white bread with Cornish butter.

 

This board offers a perfect balance of savoury and fresh.

Ultimate Cheese Board – serves 2-3

Cheese: A soft goats cheese made in Glastonbury; a full flavoured, rich and mature hard cows cheese from Devon; a soft cow’s cheese made in Cornwall; the award-winning Monte Enebro goat’s cheese from Spain; and a hard, waxy and sweet, cows cheese made in Cornwall.

 

Paired with: Sweet, soft, slow-baked dottato figs from Calabria, Italy; organic red grapes, organic green grapes, organic apple, organic vine tomatoes; tangy bread and butter pickles; and soft multigrain and white bread with Cornish butter.

 

This indulgent cheese board offers a range of flavours and textures.

Crudités

A sweet, organic selection of red peppers, yellow peppers, and cherry tomatoes; artichokes harvested by hand in Italy, grilled over volcanic rock(!) and preserved in extra virgin olive oil; Served with soft multigrain and white bread, Cornish butter, and a creamy and rich, nutty vegan pesto, for dipping!
